MoI: 48 Beneficiaries of "Open Prisons", 4766 of "Alternative Penalties"

Bahrain Mirror: The Interior Ministry said that there are 48 beneficiaries of the "open prison program" and 4766 beneficiaries of "alternative punishment" since the actual application of the law.
The Al-Bilad newspaper quoted the ministry as saying that "the percentage of Bahrainis benefiting from the program reached 83% compared to 17% of foreigners, while the number of beneficiaries since the start of the current legislative term of the House of Representatives (December 12, 2022) reached about 274 beneficiaries, while the number of benefiting Bahrainis reached 89%."
