Bahrain Mirror: Ayatollah Sheikh Isa Ahmed Qassim stressed that the choice of the people of Bahrain is the common resistance along with the whole nation against Israeli aggression, normalization and the so-called deal of the century.
Speaking on the occasion of International Quds Day, Sheikh Isa said: "The people of Bahrain disown conspiracy, inaction and surrender to the American will and Zionism at the hands of the political system in their country."
He stressed that "the stance of the people of Bahrain is strict and supported by sacrifice, jihad and resistance, for any compromise on the dignity of the nation, its independence and territorial integrity."
Ayatollah Qassim described Al-Quds Day as a day for Al-Aqsa Mosque, Jerusalem, Palestine and the whole nation "except those who conspired against its existence".
He said the day was wisely named by Imam Khomeini who was a great savior, insightful politician, learned religious scholar, and the leader of the Islamic Revolution in Iran.
Ayatollah Qassim said that Al-Quds Day is now more necessary and more urgent to preserve the existence of the nation and its destiny. "Today we find the deal of the century and the Manama conference and the race for normalization with the Zionist enemy announced by a number of Arab countries. Today Israel has become a friend in the eyes of Arab regimes and is asked for security and support to maintain existence."
He added: "Today the Islamic arena in a number of Islamic countries and under the auspices of its political systems has become open to types of Zionist subversive practices, and today we find increasing media activity in demanding the process of normalization and recognition of the US and Zionist will, and we find increasing activity in incitement against what has remained of the unity of the nation, which threatens the immunity of the consciousness of some of its masses."
As for the commander of the Al-Quds Force, Ayatollah Qassim said that "mentioning the martyr (Qassim) Soleimani is a remembrance of Al-Aqsa Mosque and its sanctity, Jerusalem and its importance, and the Palestinian cause and its centrality, considering that martyr Soleimani is the ideal man in faith, jihad, patience, courage, insight, sacrifice and the ability to move the revolutionary spirit in others."
Ayatollah Qassim concluded his speech by "thanking all the men of the resistance and their sacrificing people who work in order to save the nation, its religion and dignity from all enemies of God, humanity, truth, justice and values."
