Despite Khalifa bin Salman's Return to Bahrain, Crown Prince Heads Cabinet Meeting

Bahrain Mirror: Although the Prime Minister Khalifa bin Salman returned to Bahrain after a vacation he spent in Thailand, the Crown Prince and First Deputy Prime Minister, Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, chaired the weekly Cabinet meeting at Gudaibiya Palace.
Bahrain News Agency published photos for Salman heading the session on Monday (July 1, 2019) during which a number of topics were discussed, mainly cancelation of fees for 200 government services across 10 government entities and the exemption of 220 additional government services from VAT, increasing the number of VAT-exempt government services to 1620.
