Foreigners' Incomes in Government Reached BD119 Million within Two Years

Bahrain Mirror: The salaries of foreigners working in the Government's civil sector in the state's general budget amounted to 119 million Bahraini dinars, as 59 million dinars have been allocated for the fiscal year 2019 and 60 million dinars for 2020.
This comes at a time when the number of foreign employees in the government sector according to official figures amounts to about 7,500.
Numbers indicate that the cost of foreign employees in this sector, according to the total estimates of expenses in the state budget, varies from 14% to 15%.
