Indian Ambassador Says Indian Community Living Well in Bahrain, Investments Reached $2 Billion

Bahrain Mirror: The Indian community is living well in Bahrain, said India's Ambassador to Manama Alok Kumar, adding that the country's leaders are behind the guarantee of this standard of living.
In a ceremony held on Wednesday, January 9, 2019, the Indian Embassy on Non-Resident Indian Day revealed that India's total investments in Bahrain amounted to $2 billion, noting that these investments are still witnessing remarkable growth in various fields.
The Indian ambassador also told a local newspaper that the majority of the Indian community in Bahrain are deemed investors in a number of sectors in the country.
