Amnesty Reiterates Its Call to Release Sheikh Ali Salman on Eve of his Sentencing Verdict

Bahrain Mirror: Amnesty International reiterated its call to immediately release opposition leader and Secretary-General of Al-Wefaq National Islamic Society, Sheikh Ali Salman.
On eve of his sentencing verdict, the organization wondered on its Twitter account "Does Bahrain continue to crush all kinds of opinions different from that of the government's or peaceful opposition to its policy?"
Amnesty considered Sheikh Ali Salman a prisoner of conscience, calling on the authorities to immediately release him.
