Bahrain Mirror: The Bahraini Foreign Minister Khalid bin Ahmad Al Khalifa accused Qatar of fabricating 600 documentaries and media materials on Bahrain, and accused Al-Jazeera of translating forged documentaries about Bahrain in many languages, to harm the kingdom.
In an interview with Egypt's "DMC" Channel, Bahrain's FM said, "We don't have a problem with the Qatari people, but we have a problem with the Qatari passport granted for terrorists," noting that among them individuals who entered Saudi Arabia and committed crimes. He hoped that Qatar does not turn into "Troy's Horse" and become Iran's portal in the region.
"When we faced the islands' problem with Qatar, Doha fabricated 38 documents, and they were revealed by the International court of Justice", the Bahraini FM stated, adding that "when a Qatari official contact a terrorist, and asks for footage to be broadcast, then what can we comment about this?"
Concerning the Yemeni issue, the FM said that the Houthis were at the negotiations table in Riyadh, yet the Iranian interference is what led to the problem. He noted that the Iranian weaponry entered Yemen to support the Houthis and became a direct threat to the region. Moreover, he accused Qatar of treason, as he said that they "reported the coordinates where bombs were dropped, resulting in the martyrdom of Emirati soldiers in Yemen."
