Activist Ibtisam Al-Saegh Admitted to Hospital due to Nervous Breakdown after 8 Hours of Interrogations

Bahrain Mirror: Human rights activist Ibtisam Al-Saegh was admitted to hospital on Friday (May 26, 2017) due to nervous breakdown after 8 hours of interrogation by the national security apparatus.
Sources close to Al-Saegh said that she was beaten and subjected to degrading treatment which led her to a nervous breakdown. The sources said that Al-Saegh collapsed after the interrogation session and was immediately transferred to the hospital.
Al-Saegh was attacked by pro-government media outlets and organizations before her car was set to fire last week and was summoned for interrogations today.
