Information Authority: Naziha Saeed Referred to Public Prosecution for Faking Personality of Foreign Media Correspondent

Bahrain Mirror: The Information Affairs Authority stated (Sunday July 17, 2016) that it referred a journalist, Naziha Saeed, to Public Prosecution for faking the personality of a correspondent for foreign media outlet. The official Media Authority at the same time claimed that Freedom of Press are "guaranteed" and no one is above the law.
The Authority further noted via a Tweet on the "Bahrain News Agency" page that "no one is above the law".
Today, the public prosecution interrogated the AFP correspondent in Bahrain, Naziha Saeed, Over a case brought forth by Information Affairs Authority.
