Tehran: Ramping up Salman’s Sentence Is No Solution to Bahrain’s Problems

Bahrain Mirror: The Spokesperson of Iran's Foreign Ministry, Hossein Jaberi Ansari, voiced his deepest concern over toughening the sentence issued against Secretary-General of Al-Wefaq National Islamic Society, stating that "such measures against moderate political leaders are no solution to Bahrain's problems."
Ansari expressed on Tuesday (May 31, 2016) Tehran's disappointment at the ruling issued by the Bahraini court of appeals, stressing that these measures will further complicate the issues and ultimately benefit the extremists.
