Salafist Cleric with Close Ties to Al Khalifa Says It

Bahrain Mirror: A Bahraini Salafist cleric who has close ties with the Bahraini ruling Al Khalifa family claimed that it is time to "harvest the heads of Iran's agents," an accusation which is often raised by the Bahraini regime and its supporters against dissenters in the country.
"Now is the time of decisiveness [...]. We must harvest the heads of Iran's agents. The picture is clear. They want to turn against the Gulf States and rule over them," the former Salafist Bahraini Member of Parliament told CNN Arabic.
The opposition in Bahrain seeks to put an end to the Al Khalifa family's monopoly over power which managed, with the help of Saudi Arabia, to crush a nationwide popular uprising in 2011.
