Bahrain: Deals to Buy 45 Boeing & Airbus Aircraft for USD 7.6 Billion

Bahrain Mirror: Bahrain's Minister of Transportation and Chairman of the Executive Committee of Gulf Air, Kamal Ahmad said that the company made deals to buy 45 new Boeing and Airbus aircraft, for USD 7.6 billion.
The deals include 16 Dreamliners 9-787 Boeing aircraft, 17 A321neo Airbus and 12 A320neo Airbus aircraft.
"The aircraft will be delivered by the second quarter of 2018 as these orders follow the extended negotiations with the two aircraft manufacturers to review the previous Gulf Air orders of Boeing and Airbus", he explained.
