Bilad Al-Qadeem Detainees Committee: 82 Detainees & Total of 911 Years of Prison Terms

Bahrain Mirror: The committee of Bilad Al-Qadeem detainees said that the number of detainees from the village have reached 82, according to the latest local statistics carried out in January.
The list of detainees published by the committee included four Shiite opposition clerics, leader of Bahraini opposition Sheikh Ali Salman who was arrested on December 28, 2014, Sheikh Abdul Jalil Al-Moqdad, Sheikh Mohammed Habib Al-Miqdad and Sheikh Mirza Al-Mahroos. These imprisoned clerics have been named "the detained figures" and they have spent nearly five years in prison.
The committee highlighted that 54 detainees from the village were sentenced to a total of 911 years in prison, explaining that 45 of them are serving long prison terms exceeding 5 years.
It further stated that 3 children from the village were arrested and 17 students are languishing behind bars.
