Five Detained Religious Figures from Jaw Prison: What Concerns Us Is Release of All Prisoners

Bahrain Mirror: Five of the prominent religious leaders detained in Jaw Central Prison issued a statement in which they said: "We heard that a large number of our imprisoned sons have written a letter demanding the release of detained clerics," stressing that what concerns them most "is the release of all the prisoners, beginning with our sons and daughters of this nation."
Sheikh Saeed Al-Noori, Sheikh Mirza Al-Mahroos, Sheikh Mohammed Habib Al-Moqdad, Sheikh Abduljalil Al-Moqdad and Sheikh Ali Salman each signed the statement that was issued on Saturday (December 5, 2015).

We heard that a large number of our detained sons have written a letter demanding the release of clerics from prison. After expressing our gratitude to them, we say that what concerns us is the release of all prisoners, beginning with our sons and daughters of this honorable nation, fulfilling the just and legitimate demands of this people and building a free and noble life under a modern democratic regime.
