Bahrain Bans Rally Outside UN House in Solidarity with Palestine

Bahrain Mirror: The national opposition democratic forces said that the Bahraini authorities banned a peaceful popular rally planned to be held outside the United Nations House on Friday (November 6, 2015).
The opposition forces said that they followed legal procedures by notifying the Bahraini Ministry of Interior about organizing this rally in support of the Palestinian intifada and voicing solidarity with the Palestinians amid the siege they are suffering from and the daily violations committed against them at the hands of the Zionist army.
The national forces were surprised by this ban, stressing that "restricting freedom of opinion and expression to this extent is very difficult and reflects the absence of the least levels of freedom of opinion and expression in Bahrain."
