British University Trains 22 Interior Ministry Officers on Implementing "Alternative Sanctions"

Bahrain Mirror: The General Directorate of Verdicts Implementation and Alternative Penalties, directed by Khalid bin Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, son of Interior Minister, announced the graduation of "Alternative penalties" course, in the presence of the British Deputy Ambassador, Stuart Summers.
The course was held in cooperation with the British Embassy in the Kingdom of Bahrain and the British Sheffield Hallam University with the participation of 22 of the Ministry's personnel.
Director-General of Verdicts Implementation and Alternative Penalties stressed that this course aimed to refine the skills of the participants in the field of alternative punishments.
He also praised the role of the British Embassy in Kingdom of Bahrain for providing available expertise and knowledge for those in charge of these humanitarian fields.
