GFBTU: Palestine Remains our Central Issue

Bahrain Mirror: The General Federation of Bahrain Trade Unions called for strongly standing by the workers of Palestine against violations of the Zionist occupation, exposing the entity in international forums, and exerting all forms of pressure on the usurping entity to comply with international resolutions, said the Assistant Secretary-General for Social Protection, Mohammad Al-Mosaed, in the ceremony of the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People and on the third anniversary of the launch of the Bahraini National Initiative against Normalization with the Zionist Enemy, organized by the initiative, on the evening of November 28, 2021, at the headquarters of Bahraini Society Against Normalization with Zionist Enemy.
He stressed that the GFBTU considers the Palestinian issue its central issue, explaining that supporting the right of the Palestinian people to self-determination and the establishment of an independent sovereign state with Al-Quds as its capital, and the liberation of the occupied Arab territories, is one of the main objectives that GFBTU remains stick to.
Bahrain's National Initiative against Normalization with the Zionist Enemy includes a wide range of 23 Bahraini civil society institutions that have come together to form a unified voice against normalization, and aims to unite the efforts of civil society institutions in Bahrain to promote awareness in support of the Palestinian issue.
