Bahrain Mirror: The Bahraini authorities are detaining Al-Ittefaq Handball club player Mohammad Habib Yehya Abdullah, 17, and it is believed that he is among the 13 detainees the Interior Ministry claimed they had formed a secret cell.
Legal advisor Ibrahim Serhan said that the child is under enforced disappearance after being arrested as part of a massive arrest campaign that included 13 Bahrainis.
"There is great concern for his safety and that of the rest of the detainees with him in CID," he said.
He said the criminal investigation building is known as a torture den.
Bahrain usually raises such charges against its dissidents.
