Bahrain Mirror: The Cabinet approved in its session on Monday a memorandum by the Ministerial Committee for Financial and Economic Affairs and Fiscal Balance on the implementation of the initiatives under the Fiscal Balance Program.

The memorandum included a proposal to launch a budget performance and incentives system to enhance the financial planning of ministries and government agencies that succeed in developing their revenues and achieving savings in the operational expenses budget.

The Cabinet meeting was chaired by Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa.
