Bahrain Mirror: Members of the Bahraini Society Against Normalization announced that the Bahraini Ministry of Interior had ordered them to cancel an event of solidarity with Palestinian prisoners in Israeli occupation prisons, which was announced earlier under the title, "With the prisoners we stand" and scheduled to be held on Sunday (October 30, 2021).
Security services summoned on Saturday (October 29, 2021) the former president of the Bahraini Society Against Normalization, Ibrahim Kamal Al-Din, former deputy president, Ghassan Sarhan, and Society member, Ammar Siyadi. The Society answered the request of the Ministry of Interior, and the event was canceled.
Ghassan Sarhan said that "the summons to the Nabih Salih police station was made to take my statement and those of former society president, Ibrahim Kamal Al-Din and brother Ammar Siyadi, due to the call for tomorrow's solidarity event with the prisoners in Zionist occupation prisons that was to be held by the Bahrain Society Against Normalization."
