Bahrain Mirror: The Al-Wefaq National Islamic Society refused infringing on citizens' rights, stressing the need to involve citizens in making decisions related to their money and rights.

In a statement on (January 22, 2020), Al-Wefaq condemned the terrorist bombing that targeted the innocent people in the Iraqi Capital, Baghdad. It said that "the origins of terrorism continue to operate with the same criminal anti-Islamic mentality and it is necessary to stop the sources of support and incitement and to oppose regimes and blocs that support extremism and fuel conflicts."

Al-Wefaq concluded its statement by expressing its solidarity with all prisoners of conscience and demanded their release, being victims of a political conflict related to demanding justice, freedoms and democracy. It reminding the world once again that the Bahraini movement will continue tirelessly until all the just demands are achieved.
