Bahrain to Normalize Ties with Israel, Donald Trump Announces

Bahrain Mirror (Exclusive): US President Donald Trump announced on Friday (September 11, 2020) an agreement to establish full diplomatic relations between Israel and Bahrain.
A joint statement of the US, Bahrain and Israel said that the agreement was reached via a phone call between King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, President Donald Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
According to the statement, the Bahraini Minister of Foreign Affairs, Abdullatif Al-Zayani, will be in Washington DC on September 15 to sign the peace agreement with the Israeli PM.
Jared Kushner, President Trump's adviser and son-in-law, said that both countries will soon open the embassies in accordance to the reached agreement.
