Bahrain Mirror: Ayatollah Sheikh Isa Qassim issued a statement condemning the assassination of General Qasem Soleimani, the head of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps' (IRGC's) Quds Force, and Abu-Mahdi Al-Muhandis, the deputy head of Popular Mobilization Forces.

Qassim said "the sinful US aggression extended to assassinate elites of hero Jihadis, mainly the giant the giant of jihad and hard work for the sake of Allah Haj Qassim Soleimani and the great Jihadi Abu Mahdi."

"Their loss left the Muslim nation in sorrow, but at the same time made it very proud of these two men and people like them who sacrificed their lives for the sake of Allah. They only sought Allah's satisfaction and aspired for nothing in this life. The nation finds in its great martyrs, who spent a long time in Jihad and their sincere attachment to martyrdom, a school inspired by sacrifice for religion, dignity, freedom of the Islamic nation and defense of holy sites," he added.
