King of Bahrain Issues Royal Order Appointing His Son Nasser as National Security Adviser

Bahrain Mirror: Bahrain's King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued a royal order appointing his son Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa as National Security Adviser.
King Hamad issued Royal Order 54/2019, appointing Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa as a National Security Advisor. Under the Royal Order, the National Security Advisor, who will report to the Supreme Defence Council, shall oversee the national security policies and strategies of the Kingdom of Bahrain to ensure the top internal and external interests, in cooperation with the competent authorities.
The royal order shall take immediate effect, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
