Saudi Arabia will Prevent Any Gulf Vehicle from Leaving Its Territories without Paying Traffic Violations as of Nov.

Bahrain Mirror: Eastern Region Traffic Director Ali Al-Zahrani said that traffic violations will be applied on automobiles carrying GCC number plates as of November, adding that violated vehicles will not be allowed to exit through land ports unless the fines are paid.
He added that the violators will be held at the border exits of Al-Riggae, Al-Khafji and Al-Bat'ha.
Al-Zahrani told the Saudi Al-Ekhbariya TV that the directives were issued by the Saudi Interior Minister.
