Trial of Sharifa Siwar over Circulated Video on Narcotics in Schools Commences

Bahrain Mirror: The Fourth Minor Criminal Court started on Monday (September 23, 2019) the trial of Dr. Sharifa Siwar in case of circulated video about promoting drugs inside Hamad Town Intermediate Girls School.
The public prosecution accused Siwar and those taking part in the video of publically slandering the plaintiffs, publishing false news and misuing social media outlets. It decided to adjourn the case until October 1st for pleading.
Lawyer Mohammad Al-Othman attended with Dr. Siwar and demanded time for pleading as well as a copy of the case's documents.
