Bahrain Mirror: A Bahraini activist said that the Bahraini authorities are preventing Bahrainis from traveling to Qatar although they had previously authorized them to travel for work reasons.

Blogger Ahmed Al-Harban said "We received information stating that a number of Bahrainis working in Qatar, who had permits to travel to Qatar, were recently returned from Bahrain Airport and asked to renew the permits."

"We have not read anything official about this. Please explain this as it is not appropriate to surprise the citizens and suspend them from their obligations," he added.
