Justice Ministry Strikes off 35 Lawyers who Haven’t Paid Register Fees

Bahrain Mirror: The Bahraini Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments made a decision to strike off 35 lawyers, whose names appear in a list in the 4325 issue of the Official Gazette, for not paying the renewal register fee in the general table of lawyers.
Decree No. 51 of 2019 by the Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments states that: The lawyers whose names appear in the disclosure attached to this decision shall be removed from the table of lawyers in accordance with the provisions of Article 9 of the law. All undersecretaries of the Ministry of Justice and concerned parties should implement the decision from the date of its issuance, adding that it will be published in the Official Gazette.
