Trial of Egyptian Advisor Accused of Insulting Shiites in BCCI Meeting Commences

Bahrain Mirror: The lower criminal court begins today (June 11, 2019) the trial of Yasser Al-Attar, Egyptian advisor of Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Sameer Nas), over charge of insulting Shiites during the chamber's meeting.
The interior ministry arrested the Egyptian advisor at Bahrain's International Airport while attempting to leave the country.
The Public Prosecution accused of insulting, assaulting the bodily integrity of others and inciting hatred against one of the sects.
