Trial of 5 Defendants Accused of Printing and Distributing Political Publications in Al-Malikiya Commences

Bahrain Mirror: The Fourth High Criminal Court started considering the case of five defendants accused of printing political publications in several languages calling for disobedience and closing of shops in Al-Malikiya.
The court adjourned the case until May 2 to summon the two attesting witnesses, give the fourth defendant's attorney a copy of the case's documents and appoint a lawyer to the second suspect. The court ordered the release of the suspects under guarantee of their place of residence.
The authorities claim that the suspects distributed publications in Al-Malikiya holding 14th February Coalition logo, calling on to close shops, not going to schools and for civilian disobedience.
