Bahrain Mirror: Fawzia Zainal, Speaker of the Council of Representatives, said that some human rights organizations that take negative stance from the Kingdom of Bahrain rely on false sources of information and malicious sources.

Replying to a question raised by the Russian Sputnik agency on the Human Rights Watch Report which said that the United Nations Human Rights Council has many critical situations, including some countries, describing the treatment of the opposition in Bahrain as harsh, Fawzia said "unfortunately, there are some human rights organizations that take negative stance from the Kingdom of Bahrain and rely on false sources of information and malicious parties, which are hostile to the Kingdom of Bahrain, and some of them are funded from a neighboring country and have ideologized agendas."

"But the reality in Bahrain refutes such claims, the Kingdom of Bahrain is a state that respects freedoms and has an honorable record in the field of human rights, and has nothing to hide or fear in any file. Such organizations should take their information from the official and reliable bodies, if they have honest intentions as they claim," she added.

The speaker of the council of representatives said that the Kingdom of Bahrain is among the states that suffered from terrorism and extremism, but, thanks God, it overcame this crisis thanks to the wisdom of the Bahraini king and the solidarity of its sons and brave security men, as well as the stand of brotherly and friendly countries with it.
