Khalifa bin Salman Issues Edict Amending Real Estate Registration Provision

Bahrain Mirror: Prime Minister Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa issued edict 4/2019 amending some provisions of the Real Estate Registration executive by-law issued in law 13/2013 of edict 10/2016.
The Head of the Survey and Land Registration Bureau shall enforce the edict which shall become effective the day after its promulgation in the Official Gazette.
