Bahrain Mirror: The General Federation of Workers Trade Unions in Bahrain (GFWTUB) hoped that the national employment project will not be like the many previous programs that lacked seriousness and transparency.

The Federation said that it had followed with great interest the popular campaign which focused on the Bahrainization of jobs, considering that the issue raised was a real expression of the "stark reality of Bahrainization in the Bahraini labor market, which has infuriated Bahraini citizens."

The Federation praised the positions of the Prime Minister and other officials in the hope that "the official bodies, especially the Ministry of Labor and Social Development, will be transparent in implementing this program, not only at the level of the three production parties but also at the level of society as a whole."

The Federation further expressed its readiness to participate in the implementation of this national program and assume its full responsibilities towards the Bahraini workforce, beginning from its social responsibilities as a main social partner in the economic process.
