Pompeo Says Bahrain on “Right Path to Maintain Stability”, Congratulates for “Successful Elections”

Bahrain Mirror: US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, who is on a visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain, said that "Bahrain is steadily moving forward on the right path to maintain its stability and the continuity of development and progress," reported the Bahrain News Agency (BNA).
The senior US official expressed his appreciation to the King for his hospitality and congratulated him on the successful parliamentary and municipal elections held recently in the Kingdom, according to BNA.
For his part, the King of Bahrain, during his meeting with Pompeo, noted "the active role of the US community and its contribution to the Kingdom's comprehensive progress," stressing that "the US community is always hailed and appreciated by the people of Bahrain."
