NAO Report: Ministry of Municipalities Continues to Contract with Companies to supply Engineering and Information Technology Personnel instead of Direct Employment

Bahrain Mirror: National Audit Office report for the years 2017-2018 said that Ministry of Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning continues to contract with companies to supply engineering and information technology personnel, in the absence of a recruitment plan.
The office considered in its report that this would not ensure the sustainability of the work after the end of the supply contract period.
