Mumtalakat Acquires Commercial Offices in the United States

Bahrain Mirror: Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company announced yesterday that it has acquired a fully leased office complex for The Lash Group in the Charlotte, Metropolitan area, in North Carolina. This is the second acquisition of property this year within the US commercial real estate sector in partnership with Sentinel Real Estate Investment Corporation.
The 421.863 sq. Ft. (39.192 sq m) property comprised two newly-constructed buildings rated as silver by LEED, fully leased to The Lash Group, a leading pharmaceutical and healthcare service provider.
