Bad Weather Cancels Friendly Match between Kuwait and Bahrain

Bahrain Mirror: The Kuwait Football Federation announced the cancellation of a friendly match that was supposed to take place versus Bahrain on Thursday (November 15, 2018) due to bad weather.
The Kuwaiti federation's account on Twitter quoted Ali Hussein Al-Dehani, a member of the board, as saying that it was decided to cancel the match with Bahrain that was scheduled for 7 pm on Thursday at the Ali Sabah Al-Salem Stadium at Al-Nasr Club as part of the international friendly football matches.
"The decision came in order to preserve the safety of the members of the technical, administrative and medical members as well as the players and the fans of the two brotherly teams," he added.
Kuwait suspended late on Wednesday flights from Kuwait International Airport and diverted landing flights to Bahrain, Dammam and Dubai airports due to bad weather in the country several days ago, caused by torrents.
