Bahrain Mirror: The First High Civilian Court (Administrative Directorate) abolished a decision issued by Disciplinary Committee in the Ministry of Health due to misusing its authority. The committee had ordered the suspension of a doctor in a private hospital for one year, after a complaint submitted by one of his patients who claimed that she was almost losing her life because of him.
The court abolished the decision because the committee didn't allow the doctor to defend himself and bring witnesses. Besides, the plaintiff didn't present any evidence that proves the doctor's relations to the complications she suffered from.
Thus, the court decided to abolish the ruling and bound the plaintiff to pay all the lawsuit expenses and 20 BD for attorney fees.
