Trial of 169 Suspects Accused of Forming “Bahraini Hezbollah” Adjourned until Nov. 14 to Summon Witnesses

Bahrain Mirror: The Fourth High Criminal Court decided to adjourn the trial of 169 suspects, accused of forming "Bahraini Hezbollah", detonating bombs, attempting murder training on the use of firearms and explosives, until November 14 to summon the witnesses.

Chief of Terror Crime Prosecution Ahmed Al Hammadi said in a previous statement that the prosecution had concluded its investigation in the case of forming "Bahraini Hezbollah". The suspects, including 111 in custody, were charged with forming and joining a terrorist group, detonating a bomb, attempting murder, training on the use of firearms and explosives and possessing, making and using explosives and handling firearms without license. Other charges included receiving and providing money to the terrorist group, hiding ammunition and explosives and damaging public and private property.
