Bahrain Mirror: A statement issued about the meeting of the Cabinet said that the PM Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa gave directives to relocate the current scrap area in Mazraa to another site to ensure its security and administrative organisation, prevent violations and irregularities and pave the way for supervision over it. The Ministerial Committee for Construction and Infrastructure was requested to study the matter, in cooperation with the Southern Governorate.

This decision comes one week after finding the dead body of Imam cut into pieces inside plastic bags in Al Mazraa area near the scrap yard. The authorities accused a group of Asians of killing the Imam.
