Bahrain Female Doctors Constitute Only 64% of Public Sector

Bahrain Mirror: Secretary-General of the Supreme Council for Women in Bahrain, Hala Al-Ansari, said that the percentage of Bahraini female doctors of the total Bahraini doctors reached 64% in the official hospitals and 26% in the private ones.
An official statement said that Al-Ansari discussed during a meeting with the board of the he Bahrain Medical Society suggestions related to conditions of women's work in the medical sector and seeking to reduce the gap between medical specialties and the needs of private sector.
Dozens of female doctors in different medical fields are unemployed. Meanwhile, the government continues to bring more foreigners.
