Bahrain: New Parliament Building Worth 3 Million and 500 Thousand BD

Bahrain Mirror: Council of Representatives' Secretary-General Abdullah bin Khalaf Al-Dossari announced putting the cornerstone of the council's new building today morning.
He mentioned that the cost of the new House of Representatives' building is 3 million and 500 thousand BD.
Al-Dossari indicated that the new building consists of 4 floors. The ground floor contains meeting rooms and hall as well as a theater for seminar and activities. It also comprises offices for committee heads and praying room for men and another one for women. The first floor includes offices for the secretary-general and assistant secretary generals as well as their employees and meeting halls for the secretariat.
The second floor of the new building will include offices for all of the MPs, 32 offices, besides the secretariat supporting the MPS. The third floor will have offices for the head of the council, his deputies, their employees and counselors.
