National Institute for Human Rights Says it Trained 428 Personnel during First 3 Months of 2018

Bahrain Mirror: The Secretary-General of the National Institute for Human Rights in Bahrain, Khalifa Al-Fadhel, said that the Institute has trained 428 individuals during the first quarter of this year.
He added in a press statement that the beneficiaries of the programs of the Institute include those who work in the fields of "law enforcement, academia, consultation and labor union, as well as civil society organizations, youths, students of public and private universities, human rights defenders as well as private and commercial firms."
The Institute, which is appointed by royal decree, signed a training agreement with the National Security Service involved in the torture of dissidents in order to "improve" Bahrain's human rights reputation.
