Kuwaiti Ambassador Says Trade Exchange with Bahrain Reached $400 Million in 2017

Bahrain Mirror: Kuwaiti Ambassador to Manama Azzam Mubarak Al Sabah revealed the size of trade exchange between Bahrain and Kuwait, saying that it increased in 2017 to $400 million.
The ambassador said in a press statement that Bahrain is considered "one of the best states for direct Kuwaiti investments. The percentage of Kuwaiti investments in Bahrain reaches about 25% of the total value of investment that is estimated at 665 million Kuwaiti Dinar".
The size of trade exchange between the two countries in 2017 increased more than four times compared to its level in 2011 reaching $400 million, versus $95 million in 2011. Meanwhile, the number of weekly flights between the two countries reaches 57 flights per week, besides the land trips.
