Bahrain Mirror: The First High Criminal Court released yesterday one of the defendants in a case that included 171 suspects, accused of assembling in "Diraz Raid" case.
The court decided yesterday to adjourn the trial until March 12 for pleading, and to inform the rest of the suspects who didn't attend and assign lawyers for some of them.
Only 3 defendants out of 7 attended the hearing. The court ordered the release of one of them, thus the number of released on bail now amounts to 141 defendants, while 26 others remain in detention.
The Public Prosecution accused the suspects of assembling, attacking policemen, using force and violence with police in order to prevent them from dispersing the sit-in held outside the spiritual leader of Shia majority Ayatollah Sheikh Isa Qassim, as well as acquiring Molotov.
