2018-01-11 - 10:34 p

Bahrain Mirror: Kuwaiti writer and researcher on Gulf affairs Nasser Al-Abdali said that Gulf states refuse to hire Bahraini youths for a sectarian reason, indicating that "there are 35 million workers in the 6 Gulf states, however, Bahraini youths are the most unemployed in Gulf. The other states refuse to hire them for a sectarian reason."

He added in a press statement that "the Gulf gross output is trillion dollar, however, there are 6 million out of 31 million Gulf nationals under poverty line."

The majority of Bahrain's population is Shiite, as they constitute at least 65% of the population. This majority suffers from marginalization, discrimination and unemployment. Meanwhile, the majority population of the other Gulf States is Sunni, where Shiite constitutes almost 35% of people.
