Bahrain Mirror: The First High Criminal Appeals court sentenced 3 appellants to 3 years in jail. The defendants are convicted of holding, along with other unknowns, two youths (one of them is an Arab citizen). The suspects stripped the Arab youth of his clothes after they hit him and forced him to return home naked, claiming that he and the other youth work as informants for the Ministry of Interior.

The Arab youth told the police that he was surprised to see masked people stopping him near his house in Tubli and forcing him to accompany them to a nearby agricultural area. The victim saw there 20 masked people, adding that they all hit him and forced him to take off his clothes and walk naked in front of them, claiming that he works as an informant to monitor protests.

The second victim (Bahrain) said that two cars parked behind him and that 3 men descended, assaulted him and dragged him to one of the nearby farms. He further stated that 3 other individuals assaulted him through wooden planks and plastics tubes. They also insulted him and kept him in the farm for about two hours before they dragged him outside the farm and ran away.

The authorities say that they could identify the suspects and arrest them through "investigations".
