Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Responds to Bahraini FM Tweet

Bahrain Mirror: The Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Bahram Qasimi responded to the tweets of the Bahraini foreign minister Sheikh Khalid bin Ahmed, in which the FM criticized Iran, stressing that the latter is the most independent in the region.
"Iran, with its indigenous and educated people, is one of the most historic, civilized, intellectual, democratic, and independent countries in the region," said Qasimi according to Iranian state news agency IRNA.
It is worth mentioning that the Bahraini FM posted a tweet on December 21, 2017, in which he said: "The most harmful to the Palestinian cause are those who are benefitting from the continued suffering of the Palestinian people.. Frankness is required and clarity is required.. Our hearts are with President Mahmoud Abbas who knows that the Islamic Republic has no appreciation for him and feeds on the continued suffering of the Palestinian people for the survival of the terrorist Hezbollah."
