Coinciding with Opposition Leader Trial over "Communicating" with Qatar, Newspapers & Television Banned in Jaw Prison

Bahrain Mirror: Aliaa Radhi, wife of detained Bahraini opposition leader Sheikh Ali Salman, said that the building at Jaw Prison, where the opposition figures are held, has become completely isolated from the outside world after television and daily newspapers were banned there.
These measures coincide with the Bahraini authorities referring opposition leader Sheikh Ali Salman to trial on charges of "communicating" with Qatar, based on telephone conversations between senior Qatari officials and Salman during the 2011 events.
Earlier, Radhi had said that Salman was surprised to be brought to trial, as he was not aware of it before a telephone call with his family in which they informed him.
