Hajar Mansour, Her Son Sayed Nizar Sentenced to 3 Years in Prison

Bahrain Mirror: A Bahraini court sentenced on Monday (October 30, 2017) Hajar Mansour and her son Sayed Nizar Nehme Al-Wadaei to 3 years in prison. It also sentenced her nephew Mahmoud Marzooq to one month in prison and 100 BD fine in a case of "putting fake bomb in A'ali".
Hajar Mansour is the mother-in-law of UK-based human rights defender Ahmad Al-Wadaei. Human rights organizations said that Hajar is targeted because of her son-in-law's activism outside Bahrain.
